Named after the Spanish phrase for “one more”, UNO MAS is designed as a sensory journey through the Mediterranean coast — where food is shared, stories unfold, and every moment is meant to be savoured. The restaurant unfolds across three distinct zones, each offering a unique experience while staying connected through Moorish design touches, rich textures, and a bold colour palette inspired by the powder-blue streets of Chefchaouen and the terracotta tones of Morocco.

A Wine Cellar for the Curious and the Connoisseur

Guests enter through a reception area dressed in bamboo textures and Mediterranean blues before encountering our eight-metre Wine Cellar, home to more than 2,000 bottles spanning both Old and New World vineyards. With 36 wines by the glass, an exceptional range of Spanish varietals, and the iconic “wine angel” retrieving bottles from the soaring tower, this is a sanctuary for every wine lover.
