CHEF ROBERTO GONZALEZ ALONSO

From his earliest days, Chef Roberto Gonzalez Alonso was captivated by the meals his mother made, sparking a lifelong passion for exploring diverse flavours. His journey through gastronomy, from student to apprentice chef, deepened his appreciation for the culinary arts. For him, the kitchen is a magical place where flavours, textures, and presentations converge to create exceptional dishes.

His impressive resume includes stints at Spanish-style bistros, tapas bars, and Michelin-starred restaurants across Spain and the United Kingdom, including notable establishments such as El Puerto in Bristol, El Cambio de Tercio in Chelsea, and the prestigious three Michelin-starred Diverxo in Madrid, along with Sinsombrero, Casa Gades, Sexto, and Txirimiri.

Chef Roberto’s dedication to marrying traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine infuses Uno Mas and the rooftop bars of Centara Grand at CentralWorld with innovative and elevated dishes.
